Well, I’m a little behind. As can be determined based on the fact that I just posted a sweater from January on Friday. Ahem.

Anyways, GAME THINGS FROM FEBRUARY!

The first pair of socks are the Maelstroms (link) that I started for January, finished for the brand-new Nerd Wars challenge that’s all for WIPs and sent off as a swap gift. Then I made a careful selection of hexipuffs to look like a cheeseburger. Because reasons. Then we have a nerdy yarn inspired by A Wrinkle In Time knit up into some shorty legwarmers I’m intending to use to keep my pants cuffs out of the way when biking. And lastly, some slinky red socks for Mr. Boyfriend’s mother as a thank-you for the wonderful Christmas gift they got me, a subscription to Blue Moon Fiber Art’s Rockin’ Sock Club 2013. Look for the first installment of that club at work in March’s socks!

That’s a “swatch.” Actually, it’s the starting couple charts of Celestarium (link), an amazing shawl with a lace pattern that mimics the night sky. I’m using it as my three-month challenge for the games this go, and as of this writing, I’m nearly half-finished. That’s right, folks. I’M KNITTING AN ACCURATE STAR CHART.
