I know. It’s shameful. That I could lose something on which I spent so much time and care is deplorable, but it is in fact the case. The victims?<\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n What have I done?<\/em> Milkweed is no spring chicken; I finished her in 2009, so she’s had a good long run. But still, her lovely neutral grayness means that she’s been a staple of my wardrobe since the day I took out those blocking pins. And the poor little Slytherin hat was finished just this past November. It’s barely seen the light of day in terms of wearing.<\/p>\n And I honestly have no clue where they could have got to. I don’t recall leaving them anywhere, and the weather of late has not been the sort where I wouldn’t have missed them upon leaving someplace, so I figure they must be at home, right? Apparently not. I have searched everywhere it makes sense for them to be (and some places where it doesn’t) to no avail. Sigh.<\/p>\n My only other thought is that they have taken flight themselves, thus the only reasonable thing I can do is issue a warrant for their safe return.<\/p>\n So if any of you see this lovely pair out and about, won’t you send them home?
